Please read these terms carefully before purchasing.
"Designer" means Marcin Gontarz, the original creator of all 3D printable design files covered by this agreement.
"Licensee" means the individual or business entity that has purchased a commercial license.
"Licensed Files" means all STL, OBJ, 3MF, and other 3D printable design files created by the Designer and available in the portfolio at the time of purchase, as well as all future files released thereafter.
"Licensed Products" means physical objects that are produced by 3D printing the Licensed Files.
Subject to the terms of this Agreement and payment of the applicable license fee, the Designer grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide commercial license to:

Unit limits apply to the total number of physical prints sold across all Licensed Files combined, not per individual design.
If the Licensee exceeds their purchased unit limit, they must upgrade to the next tier before continuing to sell.
This license automatically extends to all new designs released by the Designer after the purchase date, at no additional cost. The Licensee is not required to take any action to activate coverage for new files.
This license is perpetual from the date of purchase, provided the Licensee complies with all terms of this Agreement.
The Designer reserves the right to terminate this license immediately and without refund if the Licensee breaches any provision of this Agreement, particularly regarding the prohibition on digital file redistribution.
The Licensed Files are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The Designer makes no warranty that the files will be error-free or that prints will meet any particular standard of quality. The Licensee assumes all risk associated with printing and selling the Licensed Products.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international intellectual property law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration.

Your certificate includes a unique license ID, your name, purchase date, and the tier of license purchased. It is valid for Etsy and Amazon seller verification purposes.
Yes! Your license covers the entire design portfolio — both present and future models. Any new designs released after your purchase date are automatically included at no extra cost.
Yes! The license allows selling on any platform — Etsy, Amazon Handmade, your own website, local markets, craft fairs, or any other venue. There are no platform restrictions.
If you reach your sales limit (250 or 1000 units), simply purchase a new license to continue selling legally. Each new purchase resets your limit or allows you to upgrade to the Unlimited License for total peace of mind.
